What are the delivery times?
There are several types of shipping according to the time received by the product.
Orders placed before 4:00 pm will be processed by our logistics provider on the same day, except Friday and holiday visas. Orders after 4:00 pm will be processed the next day.
How can I know if I have placed the order correctly?
When you confirm and pay for the product you will receive a message in the email address that you previously entered. This message means that your order has been made correctly and that we are working to have it at the destination address you have indicated as soon as possible.
What are the payment methods?
In HARVEYS we currently have two payment methods so you can make your purchase.

The clock is not how I expected and I want to return it
If the watch is not to your liking, you have 14 days to claim the money back or exchange it for another model, contact us using the Contact Form
or sending an email to [email protected], indicating the order number and the name of the customer.
The clock has arrived faulty
If you have just received the watch and have some kind of defect, please contact us by sending an email to [email protected], indicating the order number and the client’s name, as well as attaching photos in which you can see said defective state
I want to make the guarantee effective
If you have had any problems with your watch and want to make the guarantee effective, contact us by sending an email to [email protected], indicating the order number and the customer’s name, explaining the problem and attaching photos if necessary.
Do you comply with European regulations?
All HARVEY products comply with the requirements of compliance with EU legislation (EC) and have been evaluated by a Notified Body for this.
